Lineage.  Established as 452 Air Base Group on 10 May 1949.  Activated in the Reserve on 27 Jun 1949.  Ordered to Active Service on 10 Aug 1950.  Relieved from Active Duty, and inactivated, on 10 May 1952.  Activated in the Reserve on 13 Jun 1952.  Discontinued, and inactivated, on 17 Jan 1963.  Activated in the Reserve on 13 Jan 1976.  Redesignated as: 452 Combat Support Group on 14 Jan 1976; 452 Support Group on 1 Feb 1992; 452 Mission Support Group on 1 Oct 2002.
