Lineage.  Constituted as 1 Aviation Field Depot Squadron on 2 Nov 1950.  Activated on 16 Nov 1950.  Redesignated as: 1 Aviation Depot Squadron on 8 Nov 1954; 1 Munitions Maintenance Squadron on 1 Jul 1960.  Discontinued, and inactivated, on 30 Apr 1965.  Activated on 26 Aug 1966.  Organized on 15 Sep 1966.  Discontinued, and inactivated, on 16 Jan 1967.  Activated on 9 Feb 1968.  Organized on 2 Apr 1968.  Inactivated on 15 Jun 1977.  Redesignated as 1 Munitions Squadron on 17 Jul 2020.  Activated on 1 Aug 2020.
