Gen. Weyland awarded Croix De Guerre

Maj. Gen. O. P. Weyland, Commanding General of the XIX Tactical Air Command is presented with the Croix de Guerre with Palm and the Legion of Honor by General Louis Koelz, acting for General Charles De Gaulle. The presentation ceremony took place in Luxembourg on 6 March 1945 and was attended by high ranking military dignitaries and the American, French, and Belgian Charges d-Affaires.
