Lineage.   Established as 374 Station Medical Group on 10 Aug 1948.   Activated on 17 Aug 1948.  Redesignated as: 374 Medical Group on 10 Apr 1949; 374 Tactical Hospital on 8 Mar 1954.   Inactivated on 25 Jul 1958.  Redesignated as 374 Medical Group, and activated, on 1 Apr 1992.
