Lineage.  Constituted as 75 Tactical Control Flight on 7 Dec 1971.  Activated on 1 Feb 1972.  Inactivated on 1 Jul 1983.  Redesignated as 75 Expeditionary Air Support Operations Squadron, and converted to provisional status, on 12 Feb 2009.

Assignments.  507 Tactical Control Group, 1 Feb 1972; 730 Tactical Control Squadron, 1 Jun 1974 (attached to USAFE, 11 Nov-17 Dec 1974 and 14 Oct-16 Nov 1975); 507 Tactical Air Control Wing, 1 Mar 1977-1 Jul 1983.  Air Combat Command to activate or inactivate at any time on or after 12 Feb 2009.
