Lineage.  Designated as Squadron D, 301 Airdrome Group on 15 Oct 1947.  Organized on 5 Nov 1947.  Discontinued on 1 Aug 1948.  Consolidated (10 Oct 1984) with 301 Food Service Squadron, Bombardment, Medium, which was constituted on 28 May 1948.  Activated on 1 Aug 1948.  Redesignated as 301 Food Service Squadron on 16 Mar 1950.  Inactivated on 16 Jun 1952.  Redesignated as: 301 Services Squadron on 10 Oct 1984; 301 Services Flight on 1 Jul 1994. Activated in the Reserve on 1 Jul 1994.  Redesignated as 301 Force Support Squadron on 15 Oct 2010.
