Lineage.  Constituted as 927 Tactical Hospital, and activated, on 15 Jan 1963.  Organized in the Reserve on 11 Feb 1963.  Redesignated as: 927 Tactical Dispensary on 25 Jun 1969; 927 Tactical Hospital on 29 Jun 1971.  Inactivated on 1 Mar 1977.  Activated in the Reserve on 1 Nov 1983.  Redesignated as: 927 Medical Squadron on 1 Nov 1990; 927 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 Jul 2000; 927 Aerospace Medicine Flight on 1 Sep 2003; 927 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 Mar 2011.
