433 Security Forces Squadron (AFRC)

Lineage.  Constituted as 433 Air Police Squadron on 6 Sep 1950.  Activated in the Reserve on 9 Sep 1950.  Ordered to Active Service on 15 Oct 1950.  Relieved from Active Duty on 3 Jul 1952. Inactivated on 14 Jul 1952.  Activated in the Reserve on 18 May 1955.  Discontinued, and inactivated, on 17 Jan 1963.  Consolidated (12 Oct 1984) with the 433 Weapons System Security Flight, which was constituted on 18 Jun 1976.  Activated in the Reserve on 1 Jul 1976.  Redesignated as: 433 Security Police Flight on 15 Aug 1988; 433 Security Police Squadron on 1 Oct 1992; 433 Security Forces Squadron on 1 Jul 1997.
