Lineage.  Constituted as 433 Medical Group on 10 May 1949.  Activated in the Reserve on 27 Jun 1949.  Ordered to Active Service on 15 Oct 1950.  Relieved from Active Duty on 3 Jul 1952.  Inactivated on 14 Jul 1952.  Redesignated as 433 Tactical Hospital on 11 Apr 1955.  Activated in the Reserve on 18 May 1955.  Discontinued, and inactivated, on 17 Jan 1963.  Activated in the Reserve on 1 Jul 1976.  Redesignated as:  433 USAF Clinic on 1 Apr 1985; 433 Medical Squadron on 1 Oct 1994; 433 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 Jul 2000.
