Lineage.  Constituted as 50 Depot Repair Squadron on 31 Jan 1942.  Activated on 13 Mar 1942.  Disbanded on 1 Apr 1944.  Reconstituted, and, redesignated as 750 Operations Support Squadron, on 1 Jan 1992.  Activated on 30 Jan 1992.  Inactivated on 23 Jun 1997.  Activated on 19 Jun 2020.  Changed status from a unit of United States Air Force armed force to a unit of United States Space Force armed force on 21 Oct 2020.  Redesignated as 9 Combat Training Squadron on 9 Feb 2022.
