Lineage.  Constituted as 452 Medical Group on 10 May 1949.  Activated in the Reserve on 27 Jun 1949.  Ordered to Active Service on 10 Aug 1950.  Relieved from Active Duty, and inactivated, on 10 May 1952.  Activated in the Reserve on 13 Jun 1952.  Redesignated as 452 Tactical Hospital on 18 May 1954.  Discontinued, and inactivated, on 17 Jan 1963.  Activated in the Reserve on 1 Oct 1976.  Redesignated as: 452 USAF Clinic on 1 Mar 1978; 452 Medical Squadron on 1 Oct 1994; 452 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 Jul 2000.
