445 Maintenance Squadron (AFRC)

Lineage.  Constituted as 445 Maintenance Squadron on 24 June 1952.  Activated in the Reserve on 8 Jul 1952.   Redesignated as 445 Field Maintenance Squadron on 12 Nov 1954.  Inactivated on 25 Sep 1958.  Activated in the Reserve on 1 Jan 1977.  Consolidated (22 Oct 1984), with the 445 Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Squadron  (constituted on 15 Aug 1958; activated in the Reserve on 25 Sep 1958; ordered to Active Service on 28 Oct 1962; relieved from Active Duty on 28 Nov 1962; discontinued, and inactivated on 11 Feb 1963).  Consolidated unit redesignated as 445 Equipment Maintenance Squadron on 1 Aug 1990.  Inactivated on 1 May 1994.  Redesignated as 445 Maintenance Squadron on 9 Sep 1994.  Activated in the Reserve on 1 Oct 1994.
