Lineage.  Constituted as 315 Medical Group on 23 May 1952.  Activated on 10 Jun 1952.  Redesignated as 315 Tactical Hospital on 8 Mar 1954.  Inactivated on 18 Jan 1955.  Redesignated as 315 USAF Dispensary on 22 Jul 1971.  Activated on 31 Jul 1971.  Inactivated on 31 Mar 1972.  Redesignated as 315 USAF Clinic (Associate) on 18 Oct 1982.  Activated in the Reserve on 1 Dec 1982.  Redesignated as: 315 Medical Squadron on 1 Oct 1994; 315 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 Jul 2000.
