Activated in the Reserve on 13 Jun 1952. Redesignated as 349 Transportation Squadron on 8 Oct 1956. Ordered to active service on 28 Oct 1962. Relieved from active duty on 28 Nov 1962. Discontinued, and inactivated, on 11 Feb 1963. Redesignated as 349 Logistics Readiness squadron on 4 Sep 2002. Activated in the Reserve on 1 Oct 2002. Redesignated as 349 Logistics Readiness Flight on 1 Sep 2003; 349 Logistics Readiness Squadron on 11 Feb 2011.
