Lineage. Established as 349 Maintenance and Supply Group on 10 May 1949. Activated in the Reserve on 27 Jun 1949. Ordered to Active Service on 1 Apr 1951. Inactivated on 2 Apr 1951. Activated in the Reserve on 13 Jun 1952. Inactivated on 14 Apr 1959. Disestablished on 27 Sep 1984. Reestablished, redesignated as 349 Logistics Group, and activated in the Reserve on 1 Aug 1992. Redesignated as 349 Maintenance Group on 1 Oct 2002.
