Lineage.  Constituted as 73 Medical Materiel Squadron on 30 Aug 1951.  Activated on 19 Sep 1951.  Inactivated on 15 Nov 1953.  Disbanded on 15 Jun 1983.  Reconstituted, and redesignated, as 673 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 14 Dec 2009.  Activated on 24 Jun 2010.  Redesignated as 673 Operational Medical Readiness Squadron on 30 Sep 2020.
